General rules:

Pets are allowed in the park provided they are kept on a lead and their mess is
conveniently collected by their owners;

Entry tickets must be showed to the personnel on request;

A respectful behaviour is requested toward people and equipment in the park;

Rubbish must be separated and thrown in the specific bins;
-
The management disclaims responsibility for damages to people or things caused
by an uncautious behaviour and for anything left inside the various areas of
the park;
-
No refund is due in case of bad weather or blackout;
-
It is forbidden to exceed with alcoholics inside the park.
Playground rules:
-
The use of the park attractions is allowed after requiring the badge at the
cash;
-
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult inside the park;
-
Children under 7 must be under strict control of an adult inside the park;
-
Some attractions may be restricted or closed to guarantee public safety;
-
The management can interdict the use of one or more attractions to a guest at
any moment, in case it is considered dangerous for his/her safety;
Picnic area rules:

It is forbidden to light, move or leave fire alight;
-
Do not leave rubbish on the ground
-
Tables are assigned on request at the arrival in the park.

The attractions have been planned and realized to
guarantee children safety.
Therefore the following instructions must be followed:

Don't slide with precious objects which might be lost;

Don't run;
-
Don't push other people;
-
Don't play dangerous games;

Don't slide head first, standing or kneeling;

don't wear earrings, glasses, bracelets, necklaces while sliding;
-
don't linger along the slide or at the end of it;
-
don't climb the rocks of the VENTUR RIVER;
-
Immediately leave the equipment and the wood in case of a storm;
-
Use the estinguishers situated all over the area in case of fire;
-
Besides, it is advisable to apply a lotion to protect your children's skin from
the effects of sun exposure.
